Background

Cernio was founded in March 2004 by Graham Freeman as a sole-proprietor tech consulting and internet services firm. In late 2005, Graham decided to re-shape Cernio to reflect his most closely-held values, which include self-sufficiency, social responsibility, and community participation. To that end, Cernio is currently being re-invented as a Canadian multi-stakeholder for-profit cooperative enterprise. We continue to maintain full operations during this transition.
